Refund policy
We have a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return, no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on miniature models or items that have been customized or personalized for your specific order. This does not apply if the product has a defect of any kind.
Exchanges
If a product is defective in any way or if the order was incorrect, reach out to us via the contact form and we will be more than happy to exchange any products for you.
Refunds
If your order is incorrect or defective in some way, reach out to us at resinroomprinting@gmail.com or via the contact form and we will be more than happy to rectify the issue. We can either send you your order once again, at no extra charge, or you can request a full refund.
You will need to give us the order number as well as a picture of the issue in order for the refund to be accepted.
