How long will my order take to ship?
Within 2-5 days. It depends on the size of the order and whether any painting is required.
If there are any delays we will reach out to you well in advance and inform you of the delay.
In case you are not able to wait longer, we will happily offer you a full refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping costs may vary depending on the country, but we absolutely do ship internationally. Please keep in mind that this may increase the time it takes for you to receive your package.
My order was incorrect or broken during shipping, what now?
No worries at all! Please reach out to us using the contact form (at the bottom of the website under the "policy" section) and mention the invoice number. We'll reach out to you ASAP and help you with your issue.
Whether you'd like the order refunded or you'd like for us to send you another model, we'll do it at no cost to you, shipping included.
What are the products made out of?
All models are made out of quality ABS-like resin to preserve detail and increase durability.
Board game inserts and organizers are printed using PLA plastic.
Do you use AI to generate your models?
Nope! All our models are sourced and commissioned from various 3D sculptors/artists.
We pay them a monthly licensing and merchant fee so that we may legally sell their models.
Why are the painted models so expensive ?
All models, miniatures and figurines, are hand painted.
While we don't factor in the cost of resources like primers or paints, we do factor in the time it takes to paint each model.
Miniatures on average take 1-2 hours, Figurines can take upwards of 3-5, maybe more depending on the level of detail required.
We make sure that for the money you are paying you get nothing but the highest quality models, with the highest quality paint-job.
In the event that you are not happy with the product that you receive, we are more than happy to fully refund the order within 48 hours of you receiving the product.
I'm looking to get something printed that doesn't exist in your inventory of products, can I get it printed from you?
Yes, absolutely! Send us a custom request using the custom services form and we will happily print whatever it is you need printed.
This could include miniature models, pop culture figurines or even more function household/utility items.

I want to get a custom model designed and printed, can you do that for me?
Yes, we absolutely can.
However, please keep in mind that designing a custom model from scratch takes time and can get quite expensive.
If the wait and cost is not an issue, then we're more than happy to help!
If you're looking to get a custom model made for your TTRPG character, a cheaper alternative would be to use a character generator like Hero-Forge.
They have a paid option (around $10) where you can send us an STL file of your designed character and we can print that out for you instead.
Both options are available to you from our side.
I want upgrade tokens for a specific board game that's not in the shop, can you make them for me?
Yes! All our board game token upgrades are custom designed in-house.
We're more than happy to design a set for your specific game, and then later offer it to other customers on the store as well!
I want you to paint some miniatures for me that I already have, can you do this?
Yes! Whether you want us to fully assemble and paint your Warhammer 40K armies, or you want us to make your favourite board games' miniatures look great on the table, we will happily paint any and all your miniatures for you.

What's your refund policy?
If your order was incorrect or broken during shipping we will happily offer you a refund within 48 hours of you receiving your order.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on miniature models.
